Frequently Asked Questions About The Famli App

  • The app provides a variety of fun and engaging wellbeing activities, motivating students to exercise more, eat better, and improve their mental health.

    The Famli app enables you to provide 1 to 1 wellbeing support in school, while increasing parental engagement. Please click here for further information on how your class will benefit from the app and how to get access.

  • You can edit your avatar from the Home tab in the app. Simply tap the edit pencil icon next to your avatar, and you can swap outfits, change body colour or edit your name.

  • When you download and open the Famli app, you will be instructed to enter your child’s student code, this will be given to your child by their school. After entering the student code and creating your child’s avatar, you can also add other children if needed by entering their unique student code and creating their profile as well.

    You can also add further student profiles for your children or remove the current ones, by tapping the profile icon in the top right corner of the Home tab.

  • Yes, you can use the app on up to 6 different devices. Just simply log in using your same email and password on all the devices to use the same account.

  • No worries. When you open the app, simply click “Already have an account? Log in”. Then underneath the login fields you will see a “forgot your password?” button, click this, enter your account email, and then you will receive an email enabling you to reset your password.

  • To add another profile for your child, simply tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the Home tab. From there you can tap Add a Student, and enter your child’s student code, which will be provided by their school.

  • Whenever you complete an activity or quest you earn Famli coins. You can then use the coins as currency to buy outfits in your avatar shop.

    Who will earn the most coins, get the best outfit for their avatar, and unlock all the trophies?! Game on!

  • Yes you can, simply press and hold any activity to see the favourite option. Alternatively, you can also tap the favourite icon in the top right of any activity page.

  • Yes, the app only needs access to the internet once in order to download and store all the content for offline use. After this you will be able to use the app even when you do not have access to the internet.
